Termination of tax free savings!

Reference number *** - I requested termination of my savings account due to financial difficulties and had asked that it be escalated as there are things I need to sort out before the 8th.

Whoever gets to deal with this can it be escalated as it is a matter of urgency. I had also stated that not not getting my funds before the 8th would mean not having a place to stay for the month.

July I had requested Cashback and it was literally done in two days.
