Termination admin forms submission

Good day

My name is Rahab Mokgehle, my former employer is RCS cards which I’ve resigned on the 31/08/2023. The termination admin forms were sent to me and I’ve filled them and returned them back 0n the 15/09/2023 and they were acknowledged on the same day by human resource. On the 29/08/2023 I did a follow up with RCS to find out if my forms were submitted to Sanlam and I was asked when was my resignation day and my cellphone number which I responded. On the 01/09/2023 I called Sanlam to check how far are they with my claim and only to find out that RCS didn’t submit my forms. I emailed RCS to explain as to why my claim forms are not submitted to Sanlam by now, no one is responding to my emails anymore and they are not answering calls. Please intervene to get my forms from RCS to Sanlam so that I can get my monies.
