terminated investment not yet paid out

I went to Plk branch to terminate my unit trust investment on the 28/07/2015 and I was told the money will be paid out within 2 weeks and I have received nothing so far and the 3rd week is already ending. I terminated the investment for financial reasons and I do not understand why it would take so long to pay it out whereas I was promised that the money will be paid out within that 2 week period. I'm disappointed in the service as I thought your company was very efficient in terms of pay out. I would not advice any1 to invest in this product. ****! !
