Teresa Ackerman At Sanlam very *********** and unprofessional

My child has money invested in a fund called the Private Security Sector umbrella beneficiary fund. We submitted claim forms Via tracing company in oct 2020. To date we have not received the money. It's 4 months now. And my child is not the only one. Hundreds of kids sent forms on this fund but have not been paid. We were told to call Andiswa at Futura. She does not take calls or respond to emails. We were told that Teresa Ackerman at Sanlam is handling the payments. Why does it take 4 months to process a claim. These kids the money was left by their deceased parents. Does Teresa not have a conscience. Some of these kids are orphans and Need to go to tertiary with that money. I have also logged a complaint to the fsca about this at it's unacceptable
