Tax-Free Investment-Refund

Good day,

We, myself and my husband took out a tax free investment with Sanlam on 01/06/2023.

We noticed there is no growth in our investment,and that we actually paying admin fees.

We cancelled the policies,and paid-up 30/04/2024.

We requested Sanlam to refund [transfer] to our new provider.

Up until now,no refund was processed.

Please assist.
