Tax certificate

2weeks ago i went to SARS for tax return.My annuity certificate from sanlam is in Afrikaans.The lady said she dont understand afrikaans and ask a lot of questions i could'nt answer.I phoned Sanlam and the lady said they just issue one certificate after explaining the reason for my call i ask to speak to the manager who told me the same story.She said some one will come back to assist me that did not happened yet.Today I went to SARS again sitting in along que again tellling me the same story.Can you please assist
