Taking forcefully without grounds

I worked at Sanlam I was registered at Sanlam sky for two months worst experience and lack of support I left without submitting any business then after my resignation I received a call from legal department saying I owe them a commission debt and I got an email confirming then I rep**** asking for clarify he asked for my ID no I sent he rep**** telling me it's a random msg that must be ignored because it's not applicable to a person who has never submitted any business under his code.. yesterday luthando calls me from the same company telling me that my debt I accumulating it's it's increasing daily.i told him about the whole story and asked for the proof he emailed all he was saying was that he is 100% sure that I owe them and my conclusion was that he heard me saying I have proof in my emails...and he didn't pick up the call when I phoned back requesting an email promised to be sent as proof that I owe them no one know.a big company life Sanlam is trying to get few thousands from a self-employed person like me..and I am just wondering how many people paid it to them.i will take it further request the copy of a call sent both emails to an advocate for briefing then I will seek legal intervention.i would post those e-mails if possible
