TAKING ADVANTAGE

Good day <br> <br> This is unacceptable my Dad passed on few months ago ,he had a policy with Sanlam.We submitted everything from our side. And now my Dad has a kid that he is only 9 years older than him.Can someone tell us why can't we get the claim and will you also pay all the interest that this policy made for the past months.now my Mom has to go up and down for what because we are five kids and we submitted everything .who will pay for all the traveling cost including the calls cost.<br> <br> can someone decide weather you are really testing us or what are you really trying to do.
