Taken from Pillar to Post for cancelation of a policy

My father opened a policy with John Craig a couple of years ago (Ref SJC***)underwritten by Safrican. Now when he wants to cancel he is told to go to Ackermans since they work together. When he goes to Ackermans, he is told the policy is not theirs and he should go back to John Craig. But what us shocking is that Ackermans is the one calling and sending SMSes requesting payment for the above-mentioned policy.

We have sent a number of emails to John Craig and Ackermans. Even went there physical still did not yield results. We have been at it since September 2021 but still no resolution from either parties.
