Sure DataTrace and Sanlam messing with people

Actually I'm writing this on my husband's behalf. He was approached by Sure Data Trace regarding his unclaimed provident fund from his previous employer. They made us fill out forms with his details. We submitted all the necessary documents and he was promised that he'll get his payout in 6 to 8 weeks.

Now it's the 12th or 13th week and he hasn't heard anything from them. I emailed the lady from the by the name of Beulah and she told me that she handed everything to Sanlam and we have to take it up with them. All the 3 email addresses she gave and contact numbers don't work. This is really frustrating. Even if my husband doesn't get any payout, they just need to say so. He didn't ask for this, THEY approached him.

If they knew they were not planning to pay, they shouldn't have approached him in the first place. This is playing with people's emotions. Can someone please keep my husband up to date. Sipho Sumbane- ********** 149
