Hi Peter, I took out an investment policy with the above mentioned Institution, I never received any documents from them, I need to surrender the policy now but I cannot get hold of the institution. Monthly debit order is R200 and the name that appears on my bank statement is Multid Forsanbes ***9. Can you please assist in tracing this company?
