<p>My father opened a Unit Trust for our domestic worker many years ago. I was assisting her in withdrawing some funds but found working through the call center very frustrating and not sure of what needed to be done to update her details and complete the request. We went to Sanlam Client Care cntre in Boksburg. A wonderful gentleman Ronald Masimini assisted us in getting all the relevant documents in place and competing the form we needed. He was very patient and courteous with all my queries and guided us through it all like a true professional. What a pleasure!</p>
