Super disappointed Sanlam Trust

I selected sanlam trust to administer my son's trust after his father passed away in 2019. I was retrenched early this year and I made payments to my sons school and paid 4 months into my rent. I bought a bakkie and a food trailer to expand my business. I requested Sanlam Trust to assist me with rent for 2 months (Dec/Jan) as I would be in full operation of my business in January and I will be back on my feet and would be able to pay my rent again. The administrator came back to me saying that they will only pay half of the rent for the child which means I would be left with my half to pay which I don't think makes sense at all. Maybe they expect me to sell myself in order to pay for rent. I've been paying my rent for the 6 years they started administering the trust and I've been sorely responsible for my child's school fees. No where in the rules and regulations / requirements does it say anything about half rent. I am really disappointed that suddenly the rules are being changed.
