Sunlam dont want to do cancelation for customer!!

I have life cover and funeral policy with Sanlam, i than went to the office on 2 October to cancel all my policies with them since i have financial problems, i seats with a consultant at Durban office to fill in the form for cancelation but up until today my policies are not canceled

I went to their WhatsApp, i wrote a email to them still it not canceled, i dont know if ihave to take this matter futher
