Stuck in the Passed

Beware of this company how they do business. They did not change from 1989. In 1989 they wrote me a saving policy for 35 years, that would only payout R90k. In 1994 just before I got married I started question why it was R35 years and not 10years like I requested. In short their sales rep went and change the term to 35 years. I took some of the money that I had paid in, for the marriage after that they did a lot of funny things with weird explanation and the just cancelled the polish. My take on that was, because of the ***** their rep did and they want to cover it up they cancelled the policy . Fast forward to today, and they again just cancelled my Sanlam Reality. They refuse to give a link where one may pay in, and always want to do debietorders, without catering for people that do not always get paid into a bank account. If Sanlam really cared about its clients it would have made a plan to retain as may as possible. And to try to milk their clients.
