Struggling for Timely Assistance on Urgent SUF Withdrawal Request with SCCC!
Hello! I’m reaching out to connect with a Sanlam Corporate Client Care representative as soon as possible. I hope to receive an update soon with the range of contact options available, including the web portal, email, and WhatsApp. I submitted my resignation withdrawal and part transfer to my RA on 18 October and eagerly await feedback on the payment progress. The timing is essential, as I’m excited to be finalizing a new property purchase and need to secure these funds by mid-December. I’d be grateful for any assistance in expediting this process. Thank you so much!

15 Nov 2024, 10:00After submitting the ROT on Tuesday, 12/11, as requested, I have yet to receive a response. I trust everything was received in order, and I sincerely hope my cash payout will be processed by the end of November at the latest.
The delay is causing significant stress, as any further hold-up could jeopardise the property purchase I’m pursuing and potentially lead to a breach of contract. I genuinely wish to avoid escalating matters further and am hopeful we can resolve this promptly and amicably.
It’s concerning that communication has been lacking even after you escalated my complaint. This does not align with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles. I kindly urge you to prioritise this matter and provide an update as soon as possible.
I appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing from you soon.
