Stressed out by mall lift and escalator

I would like to know why is there only 2 lifts in the mall ,and most of the time only 1 is in working order. It's pathetic people have to walk right around to the other side of the mall with a trolley just to get to a lift to go upstairs. Every one is complaining while standing waiting for the lift ,and don't even talk about festive time ,the line get so long all because there only 1 lift. They keep working on the mall but it doesn't seem like they get done . I like going there cos I know my way but the lift story is really sickening as it's been like this for a very long time and if it's not the lift it's the stairs as u go up to Mimi q that's not working,do they not think about the elderly, do they know how difficult it is for the elderly to walk up an escalator that's not in working order. Who ever is in charge should get he's ducks in a row .
