Stop policy

Since i got a policy with assupol i had bad service. You cannot get hold of them ever. They deduct your money yes but there is no service if you have a problem. When i finally got hold of a person working there after i pretend to want a policy i told them what i want to do with the policy i already have. They could not give me what i want so i asked them to cancell the policy. They email me a form that i must fill in to cancell. I faxed and email it to the address on the form last year november 2017. The policy is still not cancelled. Money is deducted every month from my paycheck.
