Stop double deduction my account withou my concern

Dear Sanlam<br> <br> Please stop the habit of just double deducting in my bank account without my concern.this is really annoying and very unprofessional.You just decided to double deduct in my account this month with my concern,the money that you took was already budgeted for.Please sort this out asap.This is unacceptable and its a ***** because I did not give you permission to do it.
