STOP DEDUCTING MY PAYSLIP FOR A CANCELLED POLICY

I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH NOW. YOU KEEP BILLING ME FOR A CANCELLED POLICY. THIS *** in February and you still billing it. I want my two months refunds. For September and October your email said I will get it on 21/10/2024 and I did not receive it. Your phones are not answered too. Attached is my two payslips reflecting this policy for the amount of R1288.41.
