Still waiting on Pension pay-out

I have been getting sent from pillar to post trying to get my Retirement Fund paid out for weeks now. The necessary documents have been submitted twice already (to two different emails) and still nothing!

I keep getting automated email responses telling me how important my emails are, yet I am still waiting with zero feedback.

Absolutely horrible service and communication from Sanlam. Worst part is that I have not even been able to pay my Medical Aid for this month since Sanlam is dragging their feet with this payment (I have two prescriptions that I have not been able to pick up and my health has been going downhill, I can't even go to the Dr.). I can barely eat/sleep at this point thanks to Sanlam (hope you are proud of yourselves, will be sure to let my family know to put you down in my obituary)

Very efficient when it comes to taking people's money and that's about it, that is all that matters to Sanlam.
