STILL WAITING ON PAYOUT ON AFETER ALMOST 3 MONTHS

I'm highly upset with them, I left the company end of march, we in June almost done with them, I still waiting for pay out, every time I phone there is a new excuse, my directory of SARS what that may be, was approved on 12 June after I lost my toys on them because then it was declined and then not, stories didn't match, Justine said she will sms me and 10 days later and I'm still waiting, 3 working days is not 10 I know this is south Africa, but service is bad, people who left after me got payouts I'm the only one still waiting... I'm in service delivery myself and gosh never gave anybody bad service as I know how it feels...
