Still waiting for someone to responsed to my email

Not happy with Sanlam service. Still waiting for two pay slips for March and April 2023 when I was employed by Sanlam retail mass. I sent an email to *** on the 13th August 2024. I also tried the whatsapp contact no luck because it's always down.
