Still waiting for provident fund

<p>&nbsp;I am an ex SAB employee who was not paid all the funds from my provident fund which belonged to me. I was contacted by a company called ICTSTracing a couple of months ago and they wanted my banking details to send through to the SAB provident fund administrators which was Sanlam. Sanlam received my new bank details more then three weeks ago. I have been calling every week since then to see whether the funds will be transferred to my account and every week the lady who answers this number ***has told me that she has sent it off to finance for payment and it will be done. And it never gets done. This week I called on Monday and she said that she will make sure to speak to the finance people. I called again on Tuesday and she promised me that the payment had been made. It is now Friday and nothing is reflecting in my account. I don't know whether this is some sort of **** or Sanlam is really this bad at administration...</p>
