STILL WAITING FOR MY APRIL MONTH REFUND

I took an investment policy with sanlam for a period of five years.This year (2015) the policy matured, but to my disappointment i was not given the money the way i expected, The pay out was in bits and pieces and they are still debiting the premium every month which i had to send the salary advice for them to refund me. I send the salary advice for APRIL and still waiting for a refund. I had send them email messages letting them know but no one responded to my emails,only a machine that say there is no respond. <br> <br> Hoping you will find the above in order<br> Mrs lf Mokhahlane
