Still waiting 6 months later for my Sanlam provident fund payout.

My company liquidated our provident fund last year in August and i'm yet to be paid out my monies owed to me.The guy i'm dealing with is rude and arrogant and of no help always stating that the trustees have not approved the payment. I called him now and he states he was on leave and just got back so he cant check the status of my claim. So i asked him to let me speak to someone else or his manager and he rep**** that everyone in Sanlam was on leave as well and no one else can assist me. The worst side of this is i haven't been able to keep up to payments for my vehicle since August due to this whole Covid disaster and the bank have sent people to take my vehicle away from me. If i was paid out i would have paid of my vehicle. Sanlam has no care or compassion towards their clients and has really put me in a troublesome situation. Its ridiculous because its my money that i paid to them and now they don't want to pay it back. While they sit with it in their accounts gaining interest for themselves. Its now 6 months.
