Still No Payout

I have been since unemployed last year, and I claimed my funds from Sanlam under NDS Credit Management but there is still no payout, I call every now and then but they do not give positive response, they will take me from pillar to post with nothing positive, they said there are documents missing I sent them but I was the one that had to call them to check with them because nothing was done I feel they are very *********** and do not take their clients serious and this issue is really becoming monotonous I just want my money which I had been paying all along. They service is not up to standard!
