Still no communication

I recently wrote a review about sanlam not paying me for policies that were wrongfully taken by their consultant. They told hellopeter that a consultant will contact me.. Till today I've received no communication from them. I want my money!

The consultant confirmed that you were sent an email requesting further information.  Did you not receive an email?

I only received messages that my matter was being looked into. I was then paid only my refund.. But five policies are still not paid

I sent all documents to sanlam.. My payslip and the cancelation forms. I've called severzl times and was told that it all appears on the system.. I was nit told about any outstanding documents. I've received messages only stating tjat the matter is being looked into and I'll get a response in 24 hours. Maybe it's been a week now
