Still debited after paying settlement

SANLAM / DIRECTAXIS DECUCTIONS AFTER SETTLEMENT I am so upset even after complaining and sending my paid up letter to *** I am not getting an answer. I requested a settlement amount and paid this on the 27th of September and i requested for a paid up letter and asked to make sure that my debit order was cancelled.
