Still awaiting claim to be paid out

I am very disappointed in Assupol and it's services. I put in a claim on 21/06/2023. My grandmother is already buried and I haven't received my money. It's been exactly a week now. Spoke to a representative on Monday Johnson Mabena. He said he will let someone from the claims department phone me back in 15min time. It's been days.

Phoned in again, spoke to a lovely lady. She said the claim is being processed and I'll receive my money yesterday 27/06/23 or today. 28/06/2023. STILL NOTHING. This is unacceptable ,this is bad bad service. How do you wait for a week for a claim to be paid out??? How??
