Need to report multiple cases of ***** by Sanlam. I have about 4 policies that I did not take out that are deducting from my persal. I've informed persal to stop deduction, they stopped but new policies showed up. I did receive an email with information regarding one of the policies on my old email account, but the cellphone number and the person covered are not known to me. Identity numbers of these people are not there but simply their dates of birth. I've been in contact with sanlam but seems as if their dragging their feet. Sort this out immediately or I'll sue. In addition, when trying to access their Whatsapp, I'm told that my number is non existent yet I'm paying thousands monthly for these unknown policies
