*****ing money and never follow threw with promises

I have emailed them numerous time about closing my retirement account and they keep moving the date of payout. I have heard end of April to begin of MAy then end of may now june. They are trying to hold onto my money so they can earn the interest. I have to pay them 6k to do the paperwork when i know other companys to charge 1k. The money i put in is not the money i get out, it is less and no interest this is bull. Will never recommend SANLAM to anyone as they more interested in grabbing money. Every year i have asked what my money is sitting on and every year i got ignored. They have prommised me since March to contact me and i am still waiting for someone to get hold of me.
