*****ing from the elderly!

Safrican are busy *********** people. We took out funeral cover in 2016, with the understanding that the premium and cover stays the same until the policy ceases .. now out of the blue they increases the premium with R80/month .. according to them they've send letters (which we did not receive). Now it's pay R80 more or your benifit decreases with R20 000.00. I have never heard of anything more ridiculous, the way I see it, it is *****ING from the elderly. Where can I get help with my situation?
