Stay far away
This company is a ****. They deducted funeral policy premiums for years and then when I submitted a claim they undertook to pay within 24 hours. Then when i called the call centre they said to expect payment within 48 hours. No payment was received. Stay far away from this company. They lie that payment will be made within 24 hours of submitting documents.
