Stay away!! Rather do business with any other group

<p>I asked a consultant Betty Cornelissen Moore to move my Provident Fund from Alexander Forbes to Alen Grey as I moved companies. I also said that I am not going to make monthly contributions in the beginning as I start a new business, but will make once off payments. When I wanted to make a payment I discovered that I suddenly don't even have a Provident Fund, but an annuity that is set until 55 yrs of age. This is not what I asked for!!! After numerous calls I was just told sorry you will have wait until you are 55. No help whatsoever. I called their office and still no reply to calls or emails. I went to Onbut and after 6 weeks they still don't have any reply or any reply to me as the customer. This is absolutely shocking to say the least. If you want to do business rather stay away from Sanlam as they don't operate in the interest of the client. </p>
