Stay away from SANLAM if you were thinking do doing business with them

Even that 1 star is hella generous. Words can’t even begin to express the disappointment I have continued to experience with this company. The trust/fund administrators dont give a damn about the children benefiting from their trust. They do not call or respond to emails. It’s been over a month since submitting my children’s claims from the money the heir father left them. After countless emails and being told it’s in the process of being finalised a week ago still nothing. Where does one take action for this kind of treatment? Enough is enough.
