STAY AWAY FROM ASSUPOL
I have submitted my claim on Monday 16 September 2024, today is Thursday 19 September 2024, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL FROM ASSUPOL LIFE. Every time you call them, it takes you minimum 15 minutes to speak to a clueless consultant that promise to call you back and it never happens. We having the funeral in 2 days time and i have received any feedback from this people. ASDIR*** My policy number, its pathetic, unprofessional and they have no regard for humanity. thinking of canceling my other policies with immediate effect.
