Statements

I have made arrangements via e-mail with Sanlam and their attorneys, Easton Berry, to start making payments again subject to receiving regular monthly statements. I initially stopped making payments because of not receiving any statements, then their attorneys in Durban contacted me, that is when I said I will make arrangements via e-mail. BOTH parties did not even have the decency to respond!! Three months down the line and making payments I STILL don't receive ANY statements whatsoever!!!<br> What am I to do?!! Must I stop making payments again to get THEIR attention or just write this account I have with them off as a whole?!! <br> My end of the agreement is being uphold, PAYING them, but there is nothing from their side at all!!<br> <br> Please HELP!!!!!<br> <br> I will be the BAD guy for not paying BUT they don't keep to their side of the agreement!
