Special request on lbf

I made a special request on September I did not get any feedback.when I tried calling them I was on hold for more than 45 minutes several time.wrote on their Facebook page I got a call from sanlam corporate telling me that they will get back to me with the feedback but I have been waiting till now and tomorrow will be the last day of the 21 days waiting period but the is no response from sanlam.
