Sopema/Sanlam Is Disappointing

Sopema Funerals Services!!!!!! That Sechaba from Dube branch guy doesn’t know what he’s doing!!!! Did your processes change since the underwriter has been changed? I’d be worried if I was Sanlam to have such people as representatives, all consumers are allowed to make arrangements. He basically wanted me to lie on a recorded call to say I’ll make a 4 month payment all at once!
