So much dissapointed

I have been dissapointed to hear from Assupol that after i paid for 4 years (premiums) i dont qualify for a cash back whereas on tv they say after 4 years whether claimed or not you qualify, however i Never made a claim. They told me that its an option you choose when you join a policy of which i was never told about that when joining the policy. You are misleading us.
