Good day,

I am writing to formally express my extreme displeasure and frustration regarding the ongoing and persistent marketing communications I continue to receive from Assupol.

I wish to state clearly that I have never taken up a policy with Assupol, nor have I ever enquired about, app**** for, or shown interest in any of your products or services. Despite this, I continue to receive unsolicited phone calls, SMS messages, and emails on a frequent basis. This is both intrusive and unacceptable.

I am particularly concerned about how Assupol obtained my personal contact details, specifically my email address, which I have never provided to your organisation. This constitutes a serious invasion of my privacy.

Please note the following points explicitly:

I have never given consent to Assupol to contact me for marketing purposes via phone, SMS, or email.

I do not have, and have never had, any policy, product, or service with Assupol.

The continued unsolicited contact constitutes harassment and causes unnecessary distress and inconvenience.

This conduct is in direct violation of my rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), which affords me the right to refuse unsolicited direct marketing.

I hereby demand the immediate and permanent removal of all my personal contact details from your databases and marketing distribution lists.

All marketing communication from Assupol to me must cease with immediate effect.

Any further contact after receipt of this communication will be regarded as deliberate harassment and ******** processing of my personal information.

I am prepared to escalate this matter to the Information Regulator and any other relevant regulatory bodies should this conduct continue.

I require written confirmation that my details have been permanently removed and that no further communication will be sent to me.

Let this correspondence serve as a final and formal notice. Failure to comply immediately will leave me with no option but to pursue further action, including formal complaints and legal remedies for harassment and violations of POPIA.

Assupol must note that I am not, and will never be, part of your target market. Continued attempts to contact me demonstrate a disregard for legal compliance, ethical business conduct, and personal privacy.

I trust this matter will be treated with the urgency and seriousness it warrants. I expect confirmation of compliance without delay.
