Slow to no service
Totally unhappy with the service recieved..we completed a death claim last week and recieved a reference afterwards but we haven't received any correspondence since..we are the ones who have to call and be promised a call back and even now nothing.....this is not how you advertise when you need clients but when it's time to deliver this happens ...
