Slow service
<p>Im currently under permanent disability,im waitimg for a lumpsum payout from Sanlam.The forms were submitted last week monday and today is 20 dec 2016,was told that they waiting for SARS directive.Since ive been put on permanent disability my medical aid is very important and as i write the premiums are in arrears and they want to close the medical aid. Im concerned about losing my current cover.Sars is a very efficient machine if only Sanlam can prioritise my payment and do followups with sars i can get the payment quick otherwise i will loose my medical aid cover.Can Sanlam please help me instead of just waiting?</p>
