Slow Sanlam.

Trying to get a simple policy number out of Sanlam. Send 2nd request last week. First one was answered by someone who cannot read. Takes 1 to 3 days to recognize the request and then seven days to answer. This while assuring you that you are getting their best service. Hate to see what their worst service looks like.
