Slavery

I resigned at Sanlam Sky in January 2019 and submitted my pension fund claim forms.

To date I have not received my payout. It saddens me to experience this kind of service from this company after working like slaves selling their products.

So this is what happened, After sending the signed claim forms to my former manager I waited the whole month of February not knowing the progress of my claim.

Only on the 11th March 2019, I decided to do a follow-up directly with the staff fund department. I was told that my form was received on the 08th of March 2019and and should wait for 10-14 working days for payment.

I called again on the 29th March 2019 as it was the 14th day but was advised it got declined at SARS due to the incorrect tax number provided therefore. Nobody bothered to bring this to my attention.

I then went to SARS and that's where I was told that the person who is doing my claim put the wrong tax number (their negligence).

I emailed the letter from SARS on the 2nd April 2019 to HR who advised me that he forwarded it to the relevant department.

I called on the 3rd - letter not on the system. Was given an email address ********** - letter was sent there again on even date. Called today 5th April - letter still not on the system, as it takes 48hrs for it to be uploaded of which 48 hrs has lapsed. I then asked for an email address of the person handling this claim. Sent an email to him but no response. Seems like slaves don't get responses anyways.

Now, I feel like these people are delaying my claim whereas it's their negligence.

I WANT MY MONEY!!!
