Silent Sanlam

I have been sending Sanlam multiple emails just to get an update on my savings policy and when I can make a withdrawal from it, but from all the emails I send,none of them got a response. I get emails from them for all other things accept a response on my query. Can Sanlam sky just send me the information on my savings policy and when I can get to withdraw my money. Policy nr SP***4. Please just respond with the relevant Information. No need to tell me how sorry you are for not getting back to me. Just tell me what I need to know. Thank you.
