SICK AND TIRED!!!!!
I am Cherelize Trollip. Sanlam Sky has been deducting money from my salary each month since May 2019 up to date without my consent. I then phoned Sanlam on multiple occasions but no luck. I eventually got hold of a consultant and they forwarded me a form to fill in and that I must attach the necessary documents required to get a refund. I sent the documents but no contact was made since submitting the documents in June/July. I therefore tried contacting them again but no luck. I then met a Sanlam consultant in Somerset East by the name of Charl Smith. He then promised to do a follow-up and get back to me. He then came back to me telling me that the policy was cancelled four times according to their system. I never cancelled the policy knowing good and well I will forfeit my money. June/July sometime was the first time I ever submitted any thing to them. I phoned Sanlam office yet again and the consultant told me the same as the consultant that did a follow-up. I explained to the consultant on the phone that I never took out a policy but Sanlam has been deducting R175 every month, but now they telling me that the policy was cancelled. I'm sick and ****ing tired of people from Sanlam trying to take part of your hard work earned salary. And I was not the only one at our institution that this happened to. This happened to me and four of my colleagues.
