Short paid & blocked to email any Sanlam email.

Hi, I have been short paid. Spent several days and minutes on a cell without any assistance or just on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I am to receive the stipulated amount until next review at end Feb but no communication amd I am unable to email them as I have been blocked o send emails to any of their addresses. I can not access the online portal as I am not at work and no option to reset with ID or any other way. Telephonically someone returned my call just to ask me again what I needed & yet nobody is dealing with the short payment...
