Shocking worst service

I witdraw from my savings twopot on 15 October and show it will pay out on 18 November. After numerous emails, with absolute no response and 2 phone calls waiting for over 30 min just for it to be answered, after promises of emails on revised payout date the agents promise to send but never did. STILL no payout!!!! Never have I seen such poor service and lack of assistance. I cannot believe that I need to turn to hellopeter to get their attention. Even giving them one star is too much.
